Refund policy

30 days. Unconditional.

For the FORGE Founding Family Pack, request a refund within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase. You keep the supplied materials.

How to request it

Reply to your order receipt or email [email protected]. Include the adult purchaser’s email or order number so we can locate the order. You do not need to give a reason, finish any activities, submit a log, send photographs or join a call.

How it is returned

An approved refund is returned to the original payment method. We will confirm when it has been issued; your bank or payment provider controls when it appears in your account. An acknowledgment of a request is not confirmation that the money has already been returned.

What this covers

This is the one-time Stage-1 family-pack refund policy. It is not an artifact-based learning guarantee, trial subscription or automatic renewal. No shipping or restocking fee applies to these digital materials.

The same unconditional 30-day policy applies when a Founding Co-op Pilot purchase is offered. Its leader kit and license scope are stated separately.

Other problems or rights

Contact us about an incorrect charge, missing delivery or another problem even after 30 days. This policy does not remove rights that applicable law provides or reduce a stronger written promise made with your purchase.
