Help us find the right answer.

For an order or download problem, include your order number if you have one and describe what happened. For a project question, name the pack, week and page.

Please leave out payment-card details, passwords, a child’s full name and private learning records. A description is usually enough.

Refund requests

The FORGE Founding Family Pack has a 30-day unconditional refund from purchase. You keep the supplied materials. A completed project, photo or explanation is not required. Reply to your order receipt or email Matt to request it.

What support covers

We can help with billing, file access and finding the relevant instructions. The pack is a self-serve educational resource. It does not include individual tutoring, founder-led calls or a review of your child’s work.

Privacy requests

Use the same email address for a privacy question or a request to access, correct or delete information. Please identify the adult email used with Ironwright; do not send identity documents by ordinary email.
